Allison Nadeau
My name is Allison Nadeau, and I am an Occupational Therapist at Champion Rehab. I earned my bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in business administration from North Dakota State University, and later completed my Doctorate of Occupational Therapy at the University of Minnesota.
I chose occupational therapy because of its unique approach to treating the whole person—supporting both physical and mental well-being. I am passionate about helping individuals improve function, promote safety, and regain independence in their daily lives. It is incredibly rewarding to see clients achieve their goals and find greater satisfaction in the activities that matter most to them.
Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, whether that’s at the gym or in a yoga studio, and spending time with family and friends. You can often find me with my dog, Quinn, an 11-year-old black lab, or relaxing at my family cabin. I also enjoy traveling, golfing, snowmobiling, and working on a good puzzle.
